  • Nutrition and hydration checklist

OFF ICE TRAINING

Off-ice training is a key component of athletic development, helping players build the strength, speed, agility, endurance, and mobility needed to perform at their highest level. A well-rounded training program not only enhances on-ice performance but also helps reduce the risk of injury and supports long-term athletic growth.

Our Off-Ice Training resources provide players and families with guidance on strength and conditioning, movement development, injury prevention, recovery, and age-appropriate training strategies. By developing healthy training habits away from the rink, athletes can maximize their potential and gain a competitive edge when they step onto the ice.

NUTRITION & WELLNESS

Proper nutrition and overall wellness are essential components of athletic performance and player development. Healthy habits such as balanced nutrition, proper hydration, quality sleep, and effective recovery help athletes perform at their best, reduce the risk of injury, and maintain the energy needed to succeed both on and off the ice.

Our Nutrition & Wellness resources are designed to educate players and families on the importance of fueling the body, developing healthy routines, and building lifelong habits that support peak performance, personal growth, and long-term success.
